Privacy notice

Pre-launch notice

Data controller: Floyant. Contact: [email protected]. Submission records are retained for up to 365 days. The remaining details below describe the implemented data handling.

What this site collects

This website has no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. Data is collected only when you submit a form:

  • Waitlist form: email (required), name, company, role, and use-case description (optional), design-partner interest, and your consent to be contacted.
  • Contact form: email (required), name (optional), topic, message, and your consent to processing the enquiry.

How it is used

  • Waitlist submissions are used only to manage early-access invitations and (if you opt in) design-partner outreach.
  • Contact submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share submissions with third parties for their marketing.

Technical processing

  • Submissions are stored in a database operated for this purpose.
  • For abuse prevention, your IP address is processed through a keyed hash (HMAC) for rate limiting — the raw address is not stored in the submissions record.
  • A consent timestamp and policy version are recorded with each submission.
  • Submission records are retained for a configured period (shown above once operator details are set) and removed by an operator-run cleanup job.
  • Our hosting infrastructure may process request metadata (such as web server access logs) separately from the hashed IP stored with your submission.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission data at any time using the contact form with the privacy category. Include the email address you submitted with so we can locate the record.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage trackers. See the cookie notice.

Changes

Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with an updated policy version; the version you consented to is recorded with your submission.
